From my very first phone call, Lily was incredibly kind and understanding when I shared my fears and anxiety. She made me feel comfortable before I even walked through the door. Dr. Vargas was wonderful. She listened to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and never made me feel overwhelmed. Her calm and gentle approach helped me feel at ease. My hygienist, Maria, went above and beyond. After I told her how scared I was of needles, she changed my one hour deep cleaning appointments to two hours so we could take everything at my pace. Her patience, compassion, and encouragement made all the difference, and she took the time to teach me how to care for my oral health without ever making me feel judged. For the first time in my life, I left a dental appointment feeling safe instead of scared. I just would like to say that the endodontist was an absolute card and I loved him! Straight to the point, no nonsense kind of guy who talks to you like a person and not like a child. I really appreciate a medical professional who doesn't beat around the bush. He explained what he was doing while he was doing it, and kept me informed through the whole process. Dentistry can be very intimidating, so when you have someone explain the whole thing, possible outcomes, and what's going on while he's in there, it makes it easier to digest and eases the mind. I really hope he is shown this because I dont remember his name. But people like him make the industry better! I'd give him 1000 stars and bake him a cake if I could!

Having pretty bad anxiety and bad prior experiences I hadn’t seen a dentist in 6 years. The staff at Lacey modern dentistry was extremely friendly, patient and informative. I was educated on everything that they were doing and why it needed to be done and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable through the entire process. Starting with Ross at the front desk, Melissa who was very knowledgeable and gentle during my cleaning, and both Kelly and Dr. Ahsrafi who did two fillings for me and took time to curb any worry I had about the healing process after my dental procedure.
